EFCC Arrest Former Jigawa State Governonr And His Two Sons Over Money Laundering Allegations

EFCC on Tuesday July 7,2015 arrested former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido and his two sons Mustapha and Aminu over money laundering charges.

According to The Punch they were arrested early morning of yesterday 7th July 2015 in Abuja and were subsequently flown to Kano at about 2.30pm for possible arraignment today being Wednesday 8 July.

Lamido and his two sons have  been accused of diverting billions of Naira in government funds into unauthorized account for their own personal use.
