Charles Novia Comes After Timaya For Admitting To Sex Scandal In Atlanta Hotel

Here is what happened. US based lady goes by name Sheila said Timaya raped her in his hotel in Atlanta. Dem mama crooner denied raping her but they had sex  which they lady in question consented to. Timaya in his statement said he has been talking with  Sheila  for  over a year and she have been promising to "blow his brains out with sex". Eventually he was in the US for a show  and she called to come see him.And Timaya agrees. they met and had sex. Now, the lady is saying that Timaya raped her  and had sworn to run him down.  Report according to Vanguardngr
Now,Nollywood critic, Charles Novia is blasting Timaya for admitting to have had sex with with Sheila lady.but advising him to go get a lawyer to clear off the mess and put an end to it. see what Charles  said after the cut.

"He implicated himself much in that interview, in my opinion and not of  the crime he has been accused of but of his admission of being in the same room the lady and revealing aspect of the post- coital incident which any smart lawyer in America could use against him in a court of law"

"His honesty is commendable but a naivete not to allow a paid media manager give his own side of the story is my worry."
His suggestion to him:
"I repeat this not an illusion that Timaya is guilty but am concerned that he has to put this behind him to move on as a creative artist and also to redeem himself and other Nigerian artistes who might get affected by a blanket suspicion in the eyes of the larger world"

"A good lawyer will ask questions on aspects of Sheila's story which on face value as it is from the statements right now; seem to be a bit out of place.
