Lighten Your Skin With Tomato Juice

Take a tomato (preferably small) and grate it to extract its pulp
• Then take this pulp into your hands and apply this on all over the skin where you have dark discoloration on the skin
• Allow it to dry completely for few minutes and then apply another coating of this pulp on the same applied skin
• Do the same process of reapply this pulp on the skin for about 15 – 25 minutes
• After completing the reapplication process, massage the applied area gently for a minute or two
• Rinse it with water and do this daily to get rid of the dark pigmentation slowly on the skin

Just gently rub plain yogurt onto your skin
• And leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water

Skin Lightening Therapies with Orange and Turmeric

First mix two tablespoons of orange juice and a pinch of powdered turmeric
• Then apply this mixture on your face and neck before going to bed
• You can also apply it on your hands and legs
• Now wash it off after 20 to 30 minutes and do this daily
• You can grind dried orange peels into powder
• And mix one tablespoon of the powdered peels with one tablespoon of plain yogurt to make a paste
• Now apply the paste on your skin and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes
• Afterward rinse it off with water
• This will help lighten spots and other marks on your face
• Make sure you do this once or twice a week, but no more than that

Avocado and Egg white for Skin Lightening
