Are you a sales personnel,marketer or a business development officer? as the case may be all of these names and job roles in every organisation is geared towards making and bringing money into the organisation which makes these positions vital and also make the individual dripping with some money.

BUT lately the trend is fast changing. I remember as a marketer couple of years back I was given wardrobe allowance and other allowances that comes with marketing position in an organisation,the trend is not same today. And as a marketer you are expected to meet and exceed your monthly target before you can get paid. In fact I have discovered marketesr have no basic salary now, it's all based on this new trend of *fixed and Floating* salary thing, yet you are expected to come to the office everyday. That now leaves me with the question! How are they suppose to meet up with their sales target without being given all the necessary work tools that is needed for the job to be done effectively and efficiently.Yeah! BUT in all of these we the (markters) must still find a level ground to make a success out of our profession by improving on our marketing skills and strategies.
