Benue State Ex- Governor Gabriel Suswam Arrested In London For Beating Up Wife

The former Governor of Benue State,Gabriel Suswam who is currently on vacation in London  has been arrested by the British Police. According to the news  the ex- governor was arrested last week after his wife Mrs Yemisi Suswam put a distress call to  police over an argument with his mistress Shidoo, that turned into physical assault. Mr. Suswam allegedly kicked and punched his wife and ,inflicted  injuries on her.

He was arrested and held by the Metropolitan Police Domestic Violence Officers for several hours and was later released on a bail.British police have advised the ex- first lady to file battery charges against her hot tempered husband.
Yemisi reportedly told the police that the assault started over the love child the ex- governor have wit his mistress who works with NAFDAC.

If eventually she files battery charges against him , he might be spending close to 6 months in jail.
