Hmmmm, let me give you small gist that happened yesterday at my place.....A lady came around to order for  rock coconut buns and i asked if she sells them but to my surprise she wants  to eat them and i began to  imagine her weight and  why she wants to eat buns? .....finally i summoned up courage to ask why she snacks even at her weight and her response was......"I use them for  KETO therapy" shai....who thaught you that? no be so 0oo! Now  back to the focus of the day.

Green tea reduces bad cholesterol in the blood and improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.
