You can only see this kind of thing happened where the rule of law have been thrown into the air. that's why you will see a military man come down from his car just to mete out a corporal punishment on a bloody civilian just for scratching his car.
Learnt that this happened on busy road in Lagos .Not only did he punished the guy ,he also insisted that he must repair his car. That's what you get from a lawless country.See more photos
