Women and The fear of Wrinkles!

 Honestly, in the last few weeks i have received so much concern on wrinkles from women. I began to wonder if men don't bother about wrinkles too.
Thou i have not gotten an answer to that yet. I will be happy to receive  mail from a guy on wrinkles. I really need to know how they feel about it.

Okay' truth be told wrinkles,fine lines,crows feet, worry creases,laugh line, fine lines  or what ever name you call it they are inevitable signs of aging.While there is no escaping them, there are ways to slow their appearances but first lets see some of the artificial cause of wrinkles.

1.Exposure to sun;sun can actually be a friend at the same time a foe. so prolonged exposure to sun can affect the elasticity of the skin and cause degradation of the skin texture.

2.Life style; A lot of women just don't take care of their skin yet expect magic to happen. Smoking is a no no for your skin texture.



3. Diet; what we feed our body matters a lot.having a balanced diet is good, the question is how many Nigerians keep to that on a daily basis? your guess is as good as mine.Eating foods rich in antioxidant vitamin C can help get rid of  radicals off our skin.

4. Exercise; We all know the benefit of exercising everyday

I was asked days back " Is there a difference between Fine lines and Wrinkles?"

Well there is really no much difference just that fine lines is the early stage of wrinkles, that is early signs of aging,  while wrinkle  runs a little deeper and mostly caused by muscle contraction under the skin and appears when you make facial expression.

Simple therapy you can carry out at home
Get lime and Lemon.
 NOTE: lime firms the skin while lemon lightens.
First get ride of the hairs on your facial skin either by scraping or shaving with a stick , then apply the lime and leave for a while. then wash off and apply lemon. which you can wash off or better sleep with it on your face till next day.
Its simple but works . Repeat after 2or 3 weeks. Try this and give me feed back.
