Hello ladies, this is one topic i have always been planning to discuss for a long time now.But it seems being a victim and trying to find ways of treating has kept me silent ...... but thank God am achieving result at the moment with the little organic therapies i have been engaged with recently. Its really an eye-sore seeing ladies wear clothes with some loose flesh flying here and there.Not a good sight to behold at all. If you are concerned about this, then lets look at few home tips that will not cost us much yet giving results.
Personally its been a battle on my own i have been able to create some aerobics exercise that works for me.
Home Tips for Reducing Cellulite (contour) appearance :
Tomato Paste:
Tomatoes are extremely high in lycopene, which can prevent the breakdown of collagen in the skin. it will be a nice if you can make a paste and apply every part of the body that needs to be treated.
Coconut Oil and Dry Brushing
A very popular combination among home remedies for cellulite, dry skin brushing while moisturizing with extra virgin coconut oil is a widely used solution. Drinking three cups a day could increase energy expenditure and help you to burn extra calories in 24 hrs. Try tea in the morning in place of coffee.
