 Have you been engaging in self battle against bad breath .... try this.

Foul-smelling breath, usually caused by the breakdown of food. Other causes  include poor dental hygiene like not brushing the tongue well, dry mouth, disease, infection, tobacco use and severe dieting. Most bad breath starts in your mouth, and there are many possible causes that include: Food particles from stinky foods like garlic and onions and some assumed hereditary.

 Bad breath home management Tips:

 
1. Baking Soda

Baking soda is helpful in changing the acidic levels of your mouth, and by doing so; it creates unfavorable conditions for bacteria to breed within your mouth. This way, it prevents bad breath. Put some baking soda on your toothbrush and brush nicely all over your teeth. You can also simply opt for a toothbrush that contains baking soda as one of the compositions.

2. Avocados
Consuming avocados basically kill the bacteria present in your stomach and thus, correcting the gastric decomposition and curing the problem of bad breath also.

3Unripe Guavas
Guava is one such fruits that are loaded with a plenty of nutrients, like manganese, calcium, and oxalate. Besides, it is also rich in malic acid and oxalic acid that are highly efficacious against halitosis. It is also beneficial for promoting teeth and gum health.


4. Chewing Gum
Chewing gums keep the saliva of your mouth flowing and prevents your mouth from drying out and hence, they are effective against fighting the problem of bad odor.

5 Water
Water is the natural substance that hydrates your mouth, hence keeping the bad odor at bay. Drink plenty of water before you sleep to prevent morning breath odors.
