Ginger. Health and Beauty Benefits



Ginger is among the healthiest and delicious spices on this earth. Its loaded with nutrients and bio active compound that have powerful benefits for your health and beauty. Well personally i have used ginger for different health and beauty reasons that have worked and still working for me till date which i want us to share.
Today I will tell you how you can use ginger in beauty treatments. Yes, it can also beautify your skin.


HEALTH BENEFITS:

1.Stroke and Heart disease- Ginger has overtime proven to be helpful to patients suffering from stroke and heart diseases especially when eaten with garlic. Ginger,garlic and onions all have ant- blood clothing ability, yet when eaten together they are power mainstay against heart attacks and stroke.



2.Indigestion and Nausea - Ginger has been used for thousands of years as an effective digestive aid and  natural remedy for nausea. 1-2 grams of ginger can actually relieve the stomach constipation and bloat and other gastrointestinal disorders.


3. Diabetes.. Ginger is widely known to naturally improve diabetic conditions and enhance insulin sensitivity.

4.Pain - Ginger is know for its anti - pain property.Similar to the initial intense burning you get when eating spicy pepper, ginger's spice burns but last for a second but  soothes pain


HEALTH BENEFITS:

1.Ginger Lip and Body Scrub: You can make a warming body scrub by combining ½ cup of brown sugar with ¼ cup of olive oil and one tablespoon of freshly grated ginger. Mix together and store it in an air tight container.

2.Glowing Skin: Ginger increases skin radiance and applying it topically can make your skin glow. You can make your own ginger face mask with simple ingredients. Take a piece of ginger; grate it so that you can get its paste. Squeeze the ginger paste to get ginger juice. Mix one tbsp. of ginger juice with 2 tbsp. of rosewater, and half tbsp. of honey. Mix it well and then using cotton pads, apply it evenly on your face and neck. Let it stay for 20 minutes and then rinse it off using warm water. With regular usage you skin will glow and dark spots will also be reduced.

3.Detox Ginger Bath: Use about 1/3 cup of epsom salt and add 2 teaspoon of fresh ginger powder. Fill up your bathtub with enough warm water and stir in your ingredients. Relax for at least 20 minutes and let the ginger work its detox.  If you have sensitive skin or are allergy-prone, test ginger on your skin for irritation before dipping into the bath.

4.Grow hair faster: Ginger stimulates blood circulation of your scalp which eventually stimulates hair growth and also improves hair texture. Take 2 tbsp. of ginger juice and mix it with 5-6 tbsp. of jojoba oil. Massage this oil on your scalp in circular motion for at least 20 minutes. Let it stay overnight if you can or shampoo after 30 minutes. Repeat it 2-3 times a month and with regular usage the hair texture will be improved.
