digestive system becomes more difficult in digesting our food which most of the times requires us to do some physical exercise to keep fit and aid digestion while our skin needs more of natural products and water to stay young ....As a lady your skin dose not need much of synthetic products
Take more of liquid and light foods to keep your bowel movement functioning while your skin should be fed with plant base and natural ingredients.
