Good and Bad News About Sunburn

It's understandable : Everyone can be a little  careless  with sun protection  from time to time, yet no one wants to walk around with a bright-red or dark  sunburn, peeling skin, or dark -red looking blisters.

The bad news: While the color may eventually fade, a sunburn causes lasting damage that's impossible to "get rid" of. Repeated exposure to sunlight  radiation  increases your risk of skin cancer, not to mention premature aging, even one blistering sunburn during childhood or adolescence can nearly double a person's chance of developing melanoma, according to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).

The good news: Plenty of home remedies can help promote healing and reduce discomfort in the short term. Here's how you can make that redness go away faster.

First make sure to have a cool bath immediately you get back from  the sun,do not allow the heat of the sun to settle on your skin before washing or bathing . If you are in a public place ,get cold  water or pure cold  water to wash your face.
2. Apply  aloe Vera Juice
3. Drink lots of water
