Nutritional Benefits of Unripe Plantain

Hello out there , how you ever thought of benefits of eating unripe plantain. I discovered alot of people don't like it because is not sweet like the regular ripe plantain. Well it will shock to know that there lots of nutrients loaded in unripe plantain.
Its has its own health benefits which is common among the diet recommended  for people with diabetes.I remember it was recommended for my mum due to here diabetic condition but she never liked it ,she rather eat the ripe than unripe but after lecture on the benefits she began eating it and from that point her sugar level became stabilised.
Here are few benlefits of eating unripe plantain



1.It keeps the heart healthy. Green plantain helps in improving heart beat and its functions. It contain fibers which help in flow of blood from the heart to other organs of the body. It also help in prevention of hypertension ,stroke because of its serotonin content which helps the heart to dialect for a better flow of blood without putting pressure on the heart.

2.Fast Digestion: Due to its fiber content it aids digestion fast when eaten or added to meal.
3.Vitamin B6-  This helps in prevent diseases like anaemia..it act as an anti body which prevents red blood from shrinking and helps in reducing body weakenss.
 
It aids good sight. It contain vitamin A which help the sight and smoothening of the skin without adding more oil and sugar to the body.
Low Cholesterol:   it helps in reducing the cholesterol content of the body..so is advised you eat it regularly.

Boost sexual life: its obvious the older we get the less your desire for sex.This  is the reason why saome folks who wants to be sexually active add unripe plantain to their meal.
So its advisable you eat unripe plantain from time to time...you can now add it to your menu list...and thank me later....*winks*
