Facebook Chief Executive Officer, Mark Zukerberge plans on two months paternity leave after his wife Priscilla Chan put to bed a baby girl. Marks plans of going on leave have raised a lot of questions and comments on U.S Parental Leave Policies.Mark's decision is still unusual among high level tech executives and is sure to send out message about parental leave policies and work -life balance. Its still unclear who will assume leaderhip while he is away.
