Bruce Jenner's Transition Is Not Yet Complete

citing unidentified sources, Radar Online reported that the former Olympian underwent sexual reassignment surgery more than three weeks ago and was “very happy with the results."

But a source close to the former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star told the Daily News Tuesday that the report is untrue.

“There’s no truth to it whatsoever,” the source said Tuesday. “He’s been working very hard on his docu-series, and there is no surgery involved in the production.”

It was last month that Jenner, 65, announced during the ABC News special that he identified as a woman and was making the transition from male to female.

“For all intents and purposes, I am a woman,” Jenner told Diane Sawyer.

The gold-medal winner said he'd been undergoing hormone therapy for more than a year, but he told Sawyer he had not made up his mind about reassignment surgery.
